Stage 6 (The Hague)


In stage 6 you will start with the practical cooking classes. The best part of your program are the practical classes at our Horeca Academy. You will learn the most important skills from our most qualified chefs. We are planning stage 6 worldwide. If you didn’t find your location on the list, please contact us!

  • Two weeks (10 days) of cooking lessons on location.
  • Starting: december (Winterschool) or July (Summerschool)
  • Working with our professional chefs in real life.
  • Including Professional European Chef Level 1 Diploma.


After all that theory, you can finally get to work yourself. During our practical cooking classes you will learn from the best chefs and teachers from our network. We ensure that you are prepared for professional European cuisine in two weeks (5 days a week). You get to work with the most beautiful local seasonal products and can use the beautiful facilities that the Horeca Academy has to offer.

The program depends on the season and location, but you will find a rough planning of the program for The Hague in The Netherlands. We expect you to have safety shoes when you start the course, since safety is a high priority on our kitchens. More details will follow in a personal email.
